TestersNet offers a subscription-based job-matching service designed specifically for Technology Testers. Powered by our proprietary AI engine, the platform scans global job boards and company listings daily. Subscribers receive up to ten personalised job matches via email each day, based on their skills, tools, preferences, and work location preferences.
3. Subscription Plans & Payment
To access our Service, a paid subscription is required. Upon successful payment:
You will receive a link to complete your Skills & Preferences Form, where you’ll specify your testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JMeter), job types (contract or permanent), and preferred work setups (remote, hybrid, or on-site).
Payments are securely processed through [Insert Payment Provider Name]. TestersNet does not store any payment details.
All subscriptions are non-refundable once your form has been submitted, unless otherwise stated.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you agree to:
Submit accurate and up-to-date information in your Skills & Preferences Form
Use the platform solely for personal job-seeking purposes
Refrain from copying, sharing, or reverse engineering any part of the Service
5. AI Matching Disclaimer
Our proprietary AI engine strives to deliver the best job matches based on available global listings and your submitted criteria. However, we cannot guarantee:
Job placement or employer responses
A specific number of roles per day
The constant availability of suitable job listings
6. Subscription Cancellation & Account Termination
TestersNet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
You breach any of these Terms
You provide false or misleading information
You attempt to exploit or damage the platform
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds will only be issued in cases of technical error or service failure on our part.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, software, and the AI matching engine are the exclusive property of Testersnet Limited. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any part of the platform is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TestersNet is not liable for:
Employment outcomes or hiring decisions
Missed job opportunities or income loss
Service interruptions, errors, or technical issues
Incorrect or incomplete data provided by users
9. Updates to These Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically to reflect updates in our service or legal requirements. If any material changes occur, we will notify you via email or on our website. Continued use of the Service after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England, United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
